ERP software licenses, modules, and custom development services are delivered digitally and activated upon payment. Once access is granted or work has begun on your project, the purchase becomes non-returnable.
However, if you face any activation issues, incorrect plan activation, or accidental duplicate payment, you may request support or review within 48 hours.
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
– Duplicate payment occurred.
– Service not delivered as per the agreed scope.
– Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds will NOT be applicable in these cases:
– Change of mind after software activation.
– Client delays, improper requirements, or incomplete communication.
– Custom development work already started or delivered.
– Training, consultation, or setup fees.
Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, Card, or Wallet).
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
The timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
– ERP modules already configured and delivered.
– Custom features designed as per client request.
– Failure due to client-side hardware, hosting, or internet issues.
– Delays caused by incomplete documents or data from the client.
– After 7 days of project delivery or activation.
