– Our ERP software is licensed, not sold. Usage is granted strictly for lawful business operations.
– Clients must provide accurate business details, data, and requirements for proper setup.
– Misuse, unauthorized sharing, or reverse engineering of the software is strictly prohibited.
– Any illegal activity or violation of terms may result in suspension of services without refund.
– ERP modules are delivered digitally and activated after payment.
– Login credentials are provided only to authorized users of the purchasing company.
– Sharing access with third parties without permission is not allowed.
– Software remains the intellectual property of Shevt Software at all times.
– All payments must be made using approved methods (Bank Transfer, UPI, Online Payment, etc.).
– Prices for ERP modules, subscriptions, or custom development will be communicated in advance.
– Advance payments, setup fees, and customization charges are non-refundable.
– Invoices must be cleared within the agreed timeline to avoid service interruption.
– Once the ERP software is activated or development begins, cancellations are not allowed.
– Refunds may be granted only for duplicate payments or undelivered services as per our Refund Policy.
– Shevt Software may cancel services in case of fraud, misuse, or non-payment by the client.
– Clients must provide required documents, business data, and process details for setup.
– Regular backups of business data are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
– Any delays caused by incomplete information from the client may extend delivery timelines.
– Clients are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials.
– Shevt Software provides ERP products “as is” and “as available.”
– We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as occasional maintenance or server issues may occur.
– Performance may vary based on internet speed, hosting, hardware, and client-side environment.
– We are not liable for business losses caused by misuse or incorrect implementation of ERP.
– Shevt Software is not responsible for delays caused by third-party hosting, payment gateways,or internet service providers.
– We are not liable for data loss resulting from client-side errors, malware, or misuse.
– Custom development timelines may vary depending on complexity and client communication.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat.
Shevt Software reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
